Grant Survey--See link at the bottom

Our school is participating with several other schools from western Oklahoma to apply for funding to support distance learning equipment. The network allow students to participate in the Rural Instruction Shared Education (RISE) Network which will provide shared educational opportunities between different high schools, several middle schools, and technology centers. The network can also provide mental health supports, dual enrollment courses, health education, professional development of teachers, advanced placement classes, after school programs, address learning loss, college readiness, virtual mentorship, project based learning, and STEM initiatives. The project will also provide video conferencing abilities for community assets such as training for first responders to attend state and national meetings by local government officials. We are currently designing this program and your input will help us design this to meet the needs of students and teachers. The survey will take approximately 3 minutes to complete. Here is the link for the Survey. Copy and paste the link in a web browser or click the "More Info" button below. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/K8FVRCX
